Health is wealth, so therefore knowing some crucial things to do about your health can go a long a way in building you and restoring your wealth.

1.          Brush your mouth or teeth very well
2.          Drink pure water first thing every morning when you wake up.
3.          Do some exercise indoor in the morning
4.          Do not drink water during meal except for solid food
5.          Drink water 5 minutes before or after meal.
6.          Eat plenty of fruits if illness comes and take much water.
7.          Do not drug first thing when ill. But as last resort.
8.          Learn to breath properly always in the lungs
9.          Whenever you catch cold, bath hot water, after 3 minutes bath cold water.
10.     When headache comes, do hot and cold foot bath, put your feet in hot water for 3 minutes and the change to cold water for half a minute. The blood that rose up flows down from the head. Your headache will heal.
11.     Don’t take alcohol, they kill gradually and cause lungs cancer.
12.     Don’t depend on stimulant e.g kola nut, tea, coffee. It develops Rheumatism and H.B.P etc.
13.     Learn to take good diet
14.     Don’t overcook your vegetable in the soup.
15.     Allow fruits form part of your diet.
16.     Bad effect of alcoholic drink in the brain acts like poison
